mission & scope

For 53 years, IBC has been providing a friendly forum for presenting new advances and research results in the fields of mathematical statistics and biometry. The multidisciplinary nature of the event aims to bring together data analysts and researchers involved in the app­li­ca­tion of statistics in life and environmental sciences. The meeting is a great opportunity to present new ideas and to cross­-fer­ti­li­se research expertise and experience. The programme is broad in scope, co­ve­ring probability, statistics, bioinformatics and a variety of their app­li­ca­tions.

Biometrical Letters, a peer reviewed international journal, seeks original research pa­pers on new analytical methods and computational tech­ni­ques in data science.
